With a focus on products related to segments such as but not limited to: experiential marketing, tradeshows, retail samplings, sponsorship, and out of home advertising (OOH).

They utilize a sensor which passively tracks movement within a 50-ft radius giving firms a better understanding of the success of their live events, combining this with lead capture gives firms a true understanding of the space.

Utilizing their software allows firms to measure:

  • Engagements
  • Impressions
  • Dwell times
  • Busiest and quietest times
  • Conversion metrics
  • Year-over-year forecasts
  • Demographics

They give firms the ability to understand traction throughout an event, whether that be a single sensor at a brand activation, 2 at an auto show, or 20 throughout an amusement park. Our client gives firms real-data which allows companies to understand their activations in greater depth by revealing new insights.

Their mission is to become the status-quo in measurement allowing brand partners to more accurately track the ROI of their campaigns.

They are an experiential marketing firm that specializes in proving ROI.

They are seeking an experienced professional who can leverage their personal network to aid in developing sustainable competitive advantages for their sales team. 

What you’ll do:

  • Build, coach and lead the acquisition sales team to increase net new customer revenues
  • Create and build a successful long-term revenue channel
  • Build sales strategies to diversify sales channels
  • Accurately forecast the team's monthly, quarterly and annual results using Hubspot
  • Lead the team to identify new customers & conduct prospecting calls
  • Inspire the sales team to exceed new revenue expectations & overachieve consistent activity levels
  • Coach and lead the team to use a consultative selling methodology
  • Be a people manager to the team & work/plan closely with the executive team
  • Work with the Marketing team to create and implement effective lead generation strategies
  • Continuously build on our sales training program in an effort to ramp new sales hires up with speed and efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience with Hubspot is ideal although not required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Adept at adjusting on the fly in order to meet customer requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading/managing a Sales team
  • A strong sense of ownership coupled with great adaptability
  • Strong experiences as a mentor/coach and people manager
  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas
  • 3-5 years of experience selling software, SaaS solutions, software services or similar
